Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Propose, structure and implement safety standards in accordance to regulated law.
∎ Attending daily Tool Box Meetings at site in the morning
∎ Ensure proper PPE for all workers, site staffs and visitors· Daily safety checklist completion up by physical visit to site.
∎ Ensure safe and hazard free site through 360-degree monitoring at site.
∎ Ensure safe and healthy environment at site for workers and site staff.
∎ Arranging job specific safety training to site workers and site staffs.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping at site.
∎ Ensure equipment safety through checking all equipment status.
∎ Ensure installation of right safety signage at right place.
∎ Regular reporting to the concerned project-in-charges, Operational safety team and the department head.
∎ Take immediate steps to create awareness among the site people who found ignorant about their safety hazard.
∎ Promote and ensure the execution of the health and safety protocols set by operational safety team.
∎ Innovate or re-engineering of safety protocols and sourcing safety tools.
∎ Working as a bridge between the project site and the corporate office regarding the health and safety issues of all the projects.
