Job Context:
∎ Datadesh Technologies is looking for an image retouching Production Manager having experience in executing high volume retouching projects and managing large teams
∎
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement "best practices" and techniques to meet production targets
∎ Deliver high volume image retouching projects daily
∎ Implement Quality parameters and monitor
∎ Meet revision threshold
∎ Supervise team members
∎ Assist with recruiting
∎ Conduct training exercise for team members and new recruits
∎ Undertaking performance analysis for daily retouching projects
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Being self-motivated and able to work independently
∎ Good grip on English is a MUST. Must be able to execute orders based on written instructions from clients
∎ Good understanding of Quality processes
∎ Advanced knowledge on Clipping Path, Image Masking, Ghost Mannequin, Color Correction, 3D effect, Wrinkle Correction, Layer blending etc
∎ Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Automation, Creating Action Script.
∎ 5 years experience in Production Manager capacity in image editing sector
