Job Context:
∎ Datadesh Technologies is pleased to offer a full-time job opportunity for the position of Customer Service Executive to serve our North American customers.
∎ We provide high volume eCommerce image retouching service to clients in North America and Europe.
∎ This position is for the Night Shift (7 PM - 4 AM), 5 days a week.
∎ MUST WORK from our office in PANTHAPATH (Remote work not possible)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with customer queries, requests and revisions
∎ Communicate with customers via Chatbot, Email and Phone.
∎ Maintain revision logs and following up with the production team on production status, revision status etc.
∎ Coordinating with the production team members to ensure the success of the project.
∎ Maintain customer records.
∎ Statistical analysis and reporting to the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience in working in a similar position.
∎ Fluency in written and oral English is a MUST
∎ Dedicated, Hard Working and Can-Do Attitude
∎ Problem Solver
∎ Knowledge of Photoshop is a PLUS

Salary: Negotiable
