Responsibilities & Context:
Being responsible for handling all categories of patients individually.
Guiding and monitoring all activities of Nurses to ensure that all activities are according to hospital policy and guideline.
Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation of medical records for all patients takes place.
Ensuring comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
Developing and maintaining effective communication with consultants, patients and colleagues.
Maintaining proper dress code on duty time.
