• Must have experience in air ticketing, visa processing, and other travel-related services.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar) and travel industry practices. 
•  Familiarity with visa requirements for various countries and the ability to assist clients in the visa application process. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in travel or tourism-related courses is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and other travel-related software.
• Foreign language skills (optional but advantageous).

A well renowned travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences to our clients. We specialize in air ticket bookings, visa services, hotel reservations, and complete travel solutions. We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Reservation Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage air ticket bookings, rebooking’s, cancellations, and modifications for both domestic and international flights. Ensure accuracy in fare calculations, ticket issuance, and itinerary planning

• Advise clients on travel destinations, routes, and the best available travel options. Offer solutions to meet their needs and preferences.

• Process group and corporate bookings as per the client’s requirements.

• Handle hotel, car rental, and tour package bookings in coordination with travel partners.

•  Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients. Provide after-sales support. Maintain and update client records, booking details, and correspondence.

• Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and service-related accounts.

• Maintain Good Relation with Airlines. Sharing Innovative Marketing Idea, Making new Clients.

• Provide expert advice on visa requirements and processes for various destinations.

• Assist clients with visa applications and ensure timely processing.

• Advise clients on the latest visa requirements, processing times, and embassy protocols.

• Monitor and follow up on visa processing status.Provide continuous support and guidance to customers through email, phone, and in-person communication.
