Communication, Education Research, International Procurement, Online Research, Researcher
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build Report for clients outlining recommended institutions and programs
∎ Collaborate with the Admission and Visa Operations Team to submit appropriate applications for clients
∎ Create team performance reports and report on operational activities based on CRM tool logs
∎ Research specific admission and visa eligibility requirements based on client profile
∎ Respond to research requests from customers from time to time
∎ Coordinate with various teams to ensure a positive customer experience and timely application delivery
∎ Research university and college programs, requirements, scholarships, costs etc. to build our web application database
∎ Contribute to the combined needs of our Management, Sales and Operations Teams
∎ Research new initiatives for Connected to maximize operational efficiency, optimize customer experience, scale growth and customer acquisition
∎ Perform any tasks assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 31 years
∎ Excellent English-language skills
∎ At least 3 years of academic and/or work experience related to the field of research, as determined by the supervisor/lead researcher
∎ Familiarity with education research
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 23000 (Monthly)
