Educational Requirements:
∎ Kamil (Madrasah), Fazil (Madrasah Pass), Alim (Madrasah), Dakhil (Madrasah)
∎ Degree/Master's Degree from any reputed University.
∎ Must have degree in Islam Studies (Dakhil/Alim/Fazil).
∎ Master's Degree (M.Ed.) or B A (B.Ed.) from any recognized College/University will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Classroom teaching, Teaching Experience, Teaching Skills
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and design daily lesson, extra-curricular & creative activities for students accordingly.
∎ Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, drawing etc.) to enhance students' abilities.
∎ Research, collect and compile the appropriate teaching material for the students.
∎ Maintain a safe and clean class environment.
∎ Evaluate students' performance to make sure they are on the right learning track. Coordinate with the parents and update them about their students' performance regularly and answer their questions calmly.
∎ Observe students' interactions and promote the spirit of concord.
∎ Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.
∎ Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
∎ Possesses strong listening skills.
∎ Possesses physical and mental stamina required to oversee large numbers of young students on a daily basis.
∎ Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge in child development and up-to-date education methods.
∎ To have experience to prepare the Lesson Plan.
∎ Strong communication and time management skills.
∎ Should have typing skill in Bangla and English language to prepare proper questionnaire.
∎ Work well in team-oriented environment and have strong ability in communicating with kids, parents and supervisors.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office, (Bangla and English typing) Excel and Power Point.
