Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / BBA in Accounting, Management
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software -Tally ERP 9.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all-out support to sales by ensuring on time delivery as per customer's orders.
∎ Arrange necessary license to operate depot and organize renewals as and when required.
∎ Arrange adequate stocks for depot to mitigate customers demand considering warehouse space.
∎ Ensure total security of depot including stock, cash and assets.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
∎ Implement company's policies in depot operations.
∎ Accomplish bank reconciliation at each month end regularly.
∎ Arrange to maintain depot petty cash properly.
∎ Arrange to achieve 100% inventory and batch accuracy for all products and assets.
∎ Update customers profile regularly so that customers name and address are maintained correctly in the Tally ERP 9.
∎ Arrange to collect sales proceed and deposit to bank by ensuring proper security within shortest possible time.
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / BBA in Accounting, Management.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software -Tally ERP 9.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain.
∎ Must have good working knowledge with Tally. ERP9 based accounting.
∎ Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in Computer Use such as MS Word, MS Excel & others.
∎ Able to meet tight deadlines for closing and reporting.
∎ Hardworking & willing to learn.
∎ Looking after of Sister Concern also.

Salary: Negotiable
