Responsibilities & Context:
Have knowledge about computers, excel sheets. (experience in library software will get preference)
Be an active and engaged member of our organisation
To be responsible for the children’s health and safety during break and lunch times.
To interact positively and establish good relationships with all children and other members of staff.
To promote and support a whole school approach to inclusive play.
At all times to work with the school’s policies with regards to: Behaviour Management, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Anti-Bullying.
To carry out responsibilities under the guidance of the Campus Manager and Class Teacher.
To deal with difficult or challenging behaviour of students in a calm and professional manner.
To be alert for children who are at risk of bullying or being bullied.
To ensure that all children who suffer injury or accident are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with the school’s first aid procedures.
To report any serious concerns regarding children`s behaviour or accidents to the Class Teacher/TA and Campus Manager.
To be adaptable and flexible to assist with other student-supervision related tasks at the Campus.
To ensure replacement of Bus Monitors when they are absent for duties.
Support PE Teacher during class timing, Extracurricular activities, Student dismissal, Fill in for TA/LS
