Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the children’s health and safety during break and lunch times.
∎ To interact positively and establish good relationships with all children and other members of staff.
∎ To promote and support a whole school approach to inclusive play.
∎ At all times to work with the school’s policies with regards to: Behaviour Management, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Anti-Bullying.
∎ To carry out responsibilities under the guidance of the Campus Manager and Class Teacher.
∎ To deal with difficult or challenging behaviour of students in a calm and professional manner.
∎ To be alert for children who are at risk of bullying or being bullied.
∎ To ensure that all children who suffer injury or accident are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with the school’s first aid procedures.
∎ To report any serious concerns regarding children's behaviour or accidents to the Class Teacher/TA and Campus Manager.
∎ To be adaptable and flexible to assist with other student-supervision related tasks at the GPS Campus.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to read, write and respond in English
∎ Communicate with the students in clear English
∎ Have experience working with young children
Salary: Tk. 21556 (Monthly)
