Responsibilities & Context:
∎ আমরা এমন টিম মেম্বার এর খোঁজ এ আছি যারা শিক্ষার্থীর কাছ থেকে আসা বিষয়ভিত্তিক প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর তৈরি করতে পারবে এবং উত্তর তৈরিতে শিক্ষকদের ও সহযোগিতা করতে পারবে।
∎ শিক্ষার্থীর কাছ থেকে আসা বিষয়ভিত্তিক প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর খুঁজতে পারা।
∎ শিক্ষকদের করা সমাধান নিরীক্ষণ করা।
∎ সময় অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত কাজ শেষ করতে পারা।
∎ শিক্ষকদের দৈনিক কাজের উপর নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা এবং তাদেরকে আরও ভালো করতে উৎসাহ দেওয়া।
∎ কাজের চাপ সামলিয়ে দ্রুত কাজ শিখতে পারা।
∎ বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের online ভিত্তিক সাইটগুলো কে ব্যবহার করতে পারা।
∎ পজিটিভ মনোভাব অক্ষুন্ন রেখে টিমের ভিতর সবার সাথে মিলে কাজ করা।
