Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized university/Polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and organize all kind of drawings and check construction drawings.
∎ Computing BOQ for all items of civil & steel items and underground works.
∎ Preparing monthly invoice and contract documents including bill of quantities.
∎ Prepare as built drawing and shop drawing.
∎ Prepare cost break down and rate analyzing of additional work.
∎ Check subcontractor bill.
∎ Site visit to inquiry of BOQ, check materials and specification/standards.
∎ Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience must need.
∎ Might be dynamic & energetic.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ The candidate should have pleasant personality, honest, smart & hardworking, excellent interpersonal communication skill, good command in English both oral & written.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to work with foreigner.
Salary: Negotiable
