∎ QC Executive / In Process Quality Inspector is responsible to ensure the QA/QC of the products and assist the QC team as per the guidelines of Quality related manuals of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of products.
∎ To identify defects of products in running production.
∎ To analyze QC data in chart and excel file and make summary of QC data.
∎ Analyze root cause of the defects and take action to solve through communication with relevant department and production manager.
∎ Perform QC tests to ensure damaged/defective product if not delivered to customer.
∎ Ensure quality of accessories and packaging materials as well.
∎ Implement 6 sigma analysis to control and reduce defects.
∎ To execute product quality through raw material in house to finished goods.
∎ Make quality report of new developed products.
∎ Record and store quality report for future reference.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by production manager and top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Home Appliance, FMCG, Group of Companies.
∎ Experience in home appliance is given more preference.
∎ Additional Job Requirements
∎ Age Maximum 35 years.
∎ Able to work in a team environment.
∎ Capable to work under Pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is must, sound in MS-Office application, e-mail & internet.
∎ 'SMART' reporting and communication skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
