Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
∎ Manage daily purchase activities, supervise purchase team members and allocate tasks.
∎ Manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
∎ Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
∎ Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
∎ Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery & Review quality of purchased products.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed & Coordinate with Store staff to ensure proper storage
∎ Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
∎ Collaborate with the team to develop purchasing plans and find potential vendors.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest market and industry trends.
∎ Compare the prices of different vendors for gaining maximum ROI.
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
∎ Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
∎ Ensure proper and established SOPs are being followed.
∎ Control expenses and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Analytical skills with good working knowledge of Excel & MS Office.
∎ Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Proven work experience in procurement in managerial position.
∎ Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
∎ Hands-on experience with purchasing software.
∎ Understanding of supply chain procedures.
∎ Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ People Management skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Eligible to appropriate Service Charge as per the Park policy
