- Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, mock tests
- Track student performance and improvement
- Provide exam strategies, techniques & tips
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth class flow
- Assess students routinely and evaluate progress
- Maintain reports and attend academic meetings
- Create a friendly, supportive learning environment
