Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting senior management and handling confidential information.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), graphics software, and Internet usage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Good typing speed in Bangla is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Personal Secretary to Vice President, International Affairs

Location: Hybrid Framework with Universal Deployment

Mid-Level 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support:

  • Manage the VP's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, on behalf of the VP.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate with the management team and other departments as per requirement.
  • Make various reports on behalf of the VP and follow up on pending important issues.

Financial Oversight:

  • Assist in managing accounts, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations.
  • Compliance Management:Ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare necessary documentation.

Travel & Tour Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Accompany the VP on business trips, providing support during meetings and events.
  • Manage travel-related expenses and reimbursements.
  • Meeting & Event Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Ensure the VP is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Coordinate company events and functions as required.
