6.      Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages

Title: Deputy Manager/Manager, Company Secretariat

Reports to: Company Secretary

Nature: Full Time / Permanent

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Board Meeting Support: Assist in organizing and scheduling board, EC, and Audit Committee meetings.

  • Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute notices, working papers, and meeting minutes promptly.

  • Follow-Up: Track action items from meetings and ensure accountability on decisions made.

  • Annual Report Contribution: Assist in the preparation and compilation of the Annual Report, including data gathering and event documentation.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance with the requirements of regulatory bodies & RJSC, and maintain relevant files.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and vendors to gather necessary information and facilitate projects.

  • Resolution Management: Aid in drafting, circulating resolutions, and preparing guideline memos.

  • File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and accessible files related to shareholders and directors.
