Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, managing and executing production operations.
∎ Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
∎ Supervise the production activities.
∎ Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production issues.
∎ Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
∎ Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.
∎ Assist in interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
∎ Manage performance review, appraisals, and promotions for employees.
∎ Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
∎ Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Speaking English, Photoshop and illustrator are Must.
∎ At least 6 year(s) experience.
∎ Must have experience in Graphics or software Production.
∎ Ability to work cross-functionally and globally.

Salary: Negotiable
