Job Responsibilities:
∎ A team leader - able to manage a complex structure over multiple geographical locations.
∎ To maintain and monitor overall production process.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ To ensure quality of work being produced & delivered.
∎ To ensure task distribution on daily basis and follow up.
∎ Increase productivity, control costing, Rejection Minimization.
∎ Keeping records of daily production activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent English communication skill.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills.
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills.
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments.
∎ Capable to handle the most critical situation with zero tolerance.
