∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Development Studies
∎ Candidate from Anthropology, Sociology will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a team and with the community to integrate the approach and effort in promoting the goals and objectives of the project.
∎ Establish and maintain consistent, close relationships with other youth serving community agencies and organizations and behavioral health providers for referral, early intervention response, and networking purposes.
∎ Attend local, regional, and national project meetings and trainings, as needed, to promote the project program.
∎ Provide technical leadership to ensure that project activities address youth considerations, and that project activities.
∎ Provide strategic technical guidance on youth integration to key personnel, project staff, government ministries, and project partners and stakeholders.
∎ Review and provide input to project work plans, with attention to youth dimensions of technical activities and operations and discuss issues and priorities with project senior management and other technical specialists.
∎ Engage available and active youth networks and organizations in the planning and implementation of project activities.
∎ Support development of youth monitoring and evaluation indicators for the project.
∎ Develop appropriate youth resources and tools for project staff.
∎ Provide the professional platform for networking and partnership building with the youth and volunteers networks, national and local authorities, non-government, private sector and international development organizations or projects;
∎ Collect, analyze and interpret data on youth and volunteer’s development in the country, region and globally. Ensure availability of an up-to-date information on all critical issues related to youth development and volunteers related areas;
∎ Provide training to volunteer organizations of young people in leadership, community organizing, life skills, and active citizenship;
∎ Youth active life style concept updated and promoted;
∎ Evidence based strategic planning for gender equitable youth development supported.
∎ Support team in documentation and reporting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of population
∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Team working, interpersonal and relationship building skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
∎ Possess good negotiation skills
∎ Ability to learn or possess knowledge of a wide range of information technologies.

Salary: Tk. 35556 (Monthly)
