Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the overall in-charge of SSSL Security Service Operation at the respective divisional Area /Area of Operation (AOR).
∎ Promote the brand image of the company by implementing business strategies and fostering strong customer relationships within the Area of Operation
∎ Ensure all members of field operation teams are well aware of national and international laws (labor laws, anti-bribery law, ICT act, anti-terrorism funding laws, sanctions, child protection, anti-slavery, equal opportunities VPSHR, less carbon emission, environment protection, etc.) regulations and best practices, and adhere to them in their day-to-day business conduct.
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's security services, including physical security, asset protection, risk assessments, and emergency management at the respective Area of operation.
∎ Manage, supervise, and mentor the field operation team providing them with day-to-day operational direction as per company's operation plan, policy and procedures.
∎ Assistant Head of Operation Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security service delivery.
∎ Ensure field leadership team are having prepared detail inventory of posts and sites specific required standard items as per the contract and SSSL's standards.
∎ Review all initial incident report prepared by deputy operation manager and field supervisors
∎ Serve as on-scene Commander in case of any incident at SSSL or client premises.
∎ In the event of any incident at client premises, be physically present there and assist the client in managing the incident as per their incident management system and report Deputy Incident Commander accordingly
∎ Ensure the mobilization/support of the Deputy Operation Manager and Field Supervisor team for handling any incidents (SSSL and Clients).
∎ Prepare daily parade state of deployed Security Personnel at the respective area of operation and submit the same to the Head of operation everyday by 09:30 am.
∎ Conduct a Daily Operational Tool Box Meeting with the Deputy Operation and Field Supervisor at 09:30 am.
∎ Submit Weekly operation report of respective area of operation through the prescribed format.
∎ Visit all principal clients on a monthly basis, develop a customer satisfaction index, and address any issues in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain an operational action item register for the respective area of operation to track action completion status in a timely manner.
∎ Review all records of Deputy Operation Managers and Field Supervisor routinely visit clients, and capturing feedback and reporting
∎ Ensure all action items are closed in a timely manner, including operational requirements, customer feedback, and gap findings.
∎ Establish a reliable source of recruitment channel to recruit necessary security personnel during requirement
∎ Prepare list of potential clients of the operational areas and visit them time to time to make a professional relationship
∎ Be updated on market intelligence of other service provider service quality, branding activities and employee benefit structure
∎ Establish a professional relationship with the local government, LEA and Local elites
∎ Supervise and ensure all pre-deployment activities, including recruitment, training, and logistics arrangements, are completed well in advance. Update Head of Operation with the progress of deployment activities from time to time until the deployment is finished.
∎ Assist to conduct security investigations in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Conduct a detail root cause analysis In the case of clients' loss and submit the report to head of operation
∎ Ensure the timely submission of all required accurate supporting documents for raising bill invoice as per the contract.
∎ Ensure the review and ranking of performance for Deputy Operation Managers and field teams quarterly.
∎ Open PMP for the respective area's Operational Team, set department and individual goals as advised by the Head of Operation.
∎ Conduct weekly field visits at all locations within the area of operation and provide reports accordingly.
∎ Conduct surprise night visits to clients' posts at least twice a week, produce reports on findings and improvement opportunities, and share the same with clients.
∎ Ensure Deputy Operation Managers conduct surprise night visits at their respective area's client's post at least twice a week and raise reports accordingly, sharing them with the client's representatives.
∎ Ensure Operational Leadership teams meet with principal clients' branch-level representatives at least once a week.
∎ Resolve all issues with clients regarding service bill payment and ensure timely payment by clients at the respective operation areas
∎ Assist to Develop operational budget for the security operation at the respective operation area ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet operational needs.
∎ Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, government agencies, and industry associations of the respective operation Area
∎ Ensure OJT, Quarterly Refresher and Need Based training programs are in place to ensure security personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties effectively.
∎ Ensure that security personnel are deployed appropriately to meet the needs of the business and that staffing levels are maintained in accordance with business requirements.
∎ Implement policies and procedures related to the use of security equipment and technology, including CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
∎ Lead and motivate security team of the respective operation area to deliver high-quality security services to clients while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
