Civil Construction, Construction Building, Construction site
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capabilities of understanding architectural and engineering structural drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, and preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control.
∎ Should have knowledge on various civil engineering software (Auto CAD 2D, 3D, STAAD pro and other structural analysis & design software, etc.)
∎ Should have practical Knowledge on piling, site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
∎ Responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.
∎ To prepare project and material planning.
∎ To monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensure project work.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of project activities.
∎ To identify errors, gaps and escalate as required and maintain site safety.
∎ Experience regarding construction of R.C.C. and experienced in establishing multi-storied buildings are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have ability to handle large project individually.
∎ To follow-up project activities & should have strong command on civil Engineer.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
