Job Context:
∎ Assignoholic is looking for dedicated and loyal candidates who will serve for long period.
∎ As we work for foreigners, we need to be active through day long. So, our management team works by two shift e.g. Day Shift 9 AM to 5.30 PM (At Office) & Night Shift 5 PM to 1.30 AM (Home Office). Thus, by default our managers can enjoy Home Office opportunity. But this is only after probation period.
∎ Six days working in a week, where few days will be Day Shift and few days will be Night Shift.
∎ Day Shift, Night Shift and Weekend will be decided by Assignoholic.
∎ Probation period will be only Day Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding assignment brief properly.
∎ Checking received files from writers according to the brief requirements.
∎ Assisting writers in need and suggesting them for improvement.
∎ Ensuring top-notch work from writers and then submitting it to our clients.
∎ Motivating writers in skill development and keeping healthy relations with writers.
∎ Responding to client's mail, managing corrections, communicating with clients etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ Problem solving and decision making
∎ Motivation power/influencer
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 24000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will contain two different session. Writing & Management Training. On writing session, probation period allowance will be dependent on the writing performance.
