Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at Project.
∎ Checking safety factor of design
∎ Keeping provision of earthling pits of electrical installation
∎ Calculation for illumination of different area and Lux
∎ Cable size calculation cable scheduling &its route confirmation both over head or underground
∎ Proper protection system for all electrical & Mechanical installation
∎ Interpreting construction drawings and studying the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
∎ Preparation of estimate, schedule, budget and execution plan to assist Project Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have experience in completing the above mentioned works in a hotel/hospitality/commercial complex/high-rise building. Applicant also must have excellent technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking and persuasive ability, team management and leadership skill ability to handover time-bound project.
∎ Must have practical working experience in supervising and monitoring of the following area
∎ Installation & commissioning of HVAC system
∎ Installation & commissioning of Electrical sub-station & Power generation
∎ Electrical coordination of Pump, Boiler, Kitchen/ Laundry equipment
∎ Building management system
∎ Plumbing system
∎ Firefighting system as per BNBC
∎ Installation & commissioning of Elevator
