Civil Engineering and Architecture, Electrical Engineering, HVAC or MEP field, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing engineering design review, coordination, code input and construction. Technical support for all company projects ranging from code corrections, minor and major renovations, systemic replacement projects, and new or replacement projects.
∎ Responsible for implementing project preventative maintenance plan.
∎ Responsible for all Electrical such as Transformers, Medium and Low tension, MDB, Light Current Systems, HVAC, Firefighting, protection & Detection, BMS, IT cable structure & management, Generator, Elevators, Plumbing, Cold Storages & Kitchen Equipment's
∎ Supervising Mechanical / Electrical / Architectural jobs based on shop drawings and specifications
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule.
∎ Ensuring the availability of adequate quantity of electrical material
∎ Responsible for Interior Implementation work.
∎ Conducting safety tool box lecture to enforce safety regulations for individuals on the site
∎ Raising inspection requests for work completed
∎ Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements
∎ Implementing strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
∎ Reducing the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity
∎ Interacting with client and consultant regarding the status of work
∎ Completing necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control
∎ Negotiating with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications
∎ Updating drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings
∎ Checking all installations in preliminary stage
∎ Effectively control the utilities consumption to achieve the required savings.
∎ Responsible for keeping track of consumables provided for serving preventative and corrective maintenance, with the objective of maintaining costs within budget as well as ensuring that there is no stock out situation at any point of time which can lead to inconvenience for the visitors.
∎ Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the Project Manager informed about all issues relating to MEP activities and taking necessary action thereof as per guidance of the Project Manager.
∎ Implement an effective roaster for MEP team to cover the Project operations 24/7.
∎ Implement company health, safety and environment policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good command in English Language (written & spoken).
∎ Excellent Microsoft Office user.
∎ 7-10 years' experience in same field.
∎ Very good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Good adaptability & team work skills.
∎ Good leadership skills.
∎ Multitask and ability to work under pressure.
∎ At least completion of one full scale construction project as a MEP Engineer.
