Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings with respective departments.
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors.
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan and bills.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with the project budget.
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress.
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction work as per schedule.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the supervisor/head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis.
