Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage multiple data processing project consisting of large team and also Lead a growing team of Supervisors and Data Analyst.
∎ Possess enough analytical and managerial skills to manage TAT (Turnaround Time) of the projects focusing both, on quality and quantity which is our clients’ prime requirement.
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions
∎ Join meetings and conference calls with overseas clients on short notice.
∎ Set goals, monitor productivity of team members,and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Identify the training needs of team members, focus on key improvement area
∎ Closely monitor attendance and productivity of team members,Motivate and assist Employees understand their duties.
∎ Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, salary preparation and prepare estimates etc.
∎ This position requires long working hours and work in the evening.
∎ Should have ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Must be dependable and trustful to all business confidential matters

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 33 years
∎ Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
∎ Knowledge of other computer languages and /or operating systems in addition to MS Office is a plus.
∎ This position requires long working hours and work in the evening.
∎ Should have ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
