Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submit monthly project reports
∎ Communicate regularly with supporters and donors
∎ Supervising and supporting children during their study sessons at the project
∎ Manage project activities and educational programs
∎ Coordinate volunteers and visitors at the project site
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and deadlines
∎ Create original, engaging, and quality content for social media platforms (both short-form and long-form), including documentaries and entertaining activities for children and slum dwellers
∎ Post project-related photos and the contents daily
∎ Arrange live shows on social media platforms
∎ Respond to all comments on social media on a daily basis
∎ Creative storytelling and video content creation (short-form & long-form)
∎ Ability to create quality, engaging documentaries on slum life, poverty, and underprivileged children
∎ Proficient in video shooting and editing using mobile devices or editing software
∎ Deep understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies for maximum reach and engagement (e.g., Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.)
∎ Strong sense of audience engagement and social impact
∎ Cultural sensitivity while working with vulnerable communities

We are seeking a passionate and committed candiate to manage our project and social media platforms, aiming to improve the lives of underprivileged communities through education and outreach. The ideal candidate will create engaging content that supports our mission and generate revenue through content monetizatoin, helping us better serve underpriviledge children.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Coordination
∎ Prepare and submit monthly project reports
∎ Communicate regularly with supporters and donors
∎ Supervising and supporting children during their study sessons at the project
∎ Manage project activities and educational programs
∎ Coordinate volunteers and visitors at the project site
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and deadlines
∎ Social Media Management
∎ Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts:
∎ 2 Facebook pages
∎ 2 YouTube channels
∎ 1 Instagram account
∎ Create original, engaging, and quality content for social media platforms (both short-form and long-form), including documentaries and entertaining activities for children and slum dwellers
∎ Post project-related photos and the contents daily
∎ Arrange live shows on social media platforms
∎ Respond to all comments on social media on a daily basis
∎ Key Competencies in Content Creatoin:
∎ Creative storytelling and video content creation (short-form & long-form)
∎ Ability to create quality, engaging documentaries on slum life, poverty, and underprivileged children
∎ Proficient in video shooting and editing using mobile devices or editing software

∎ Part-time, 6 days per week
∎ Working hours: from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
∎ Workplace: 5 days in the slum and 1 day remote (work-from-home)
∎ Job Duration: 1-year contract (renewable annually based on the performance)
∎ Salary and probation period: The monthly salary is BDT 25000. During the 3 months probation period, the salary will be BDT 22000.
