Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement yearly action plan to achieve the project goals.
∎ Prepare quarterly work plan and variance for smooth implementation of project activities.
∎ Coordinate strategic and yearly planning processes and implementation of the project activities.
∎ Conduct the project activities as per the action plan in collaboration with the project team.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of project align to the vision, mission and strategy.
∎ Monitor collaboration and partnership with the CBOs, platforms, and groups related to capacity development and relevant initiatives.
∎ Support the project in periodic Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL).
∎ Support to the line manager in planning, strategizing, policymaking to meet project visions and objectives.
∎ Contribute to program conduction by facilitating needs assessment, mapping, content development, sensitization sessions, capacity building workshops, consultation meetings, job fair and other program activities as per the project plan involving the program participants, employer agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Establish links with relevant GO institutions, NGOs and international organizations for knowledge exchange.
∎ Develop linkages and partnership with concerned external stakeholders/employers.
∎ Cooperate and support project efforts with government authorities, donors including relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure compliance in both narrative and financial reporting as per donor contract.
∎ Provide periodic feedback of the project to the line manager.
∎ Prepare periodic report as per the requirement of donor and the organization.
∎ Maintain appropriate records on program development correspondences.
∎ Prepare progress reports, event reports and presentations related to project management.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and share the learnings generated from activities.
∎ Assist concern bodies to review and evaluate project status and act accordingly to meet the goal.
∎ Advise management in developing new possible programs/projects and initiating funds acquisition.
∎ Contribute to the promotion of advocacy by-
∎ a) Developing advocacy brief/IEC /BCC materials (i.e. Booklet, leaflet, poster, sticker etc.)
∎ b) Contribute in preparing project and organizational articles/newsletter/annual report as well as disseminate accordingly.
∎ Work on NGO Bureau related task i.e., FD – 6, narrative report and other related task based on the requirement.
∎ Oversee project budget, analysis the variance and provide feedback.
∎ Any other assignment as and when required by the management/concern authority.
∎ Perform responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director related to organizational development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population
∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to perform as a Project Focal
∎ Demonstrate good report writing skills in English and skills on designing and graphics
∎ Demonstrate organization and project management skills
∎ Ability to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines
∎ Good analytical skills and fluent in English
∎ Ability to learn or possess knowledge of a wide range of information technologies, coalition and networks methods and trends.
Salary: Tk. 56892 (Monthly)
