Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Masters Degree in Social Sciences with a bias in Development Study, Law or any other related field from a recognized Institution.
∎ Good knowledge in the utilization of Microsoft office programs.
∎ At least 3 years' experience in Development Sector; Advocacy, SRHR related experiences will add value.
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Reporting and Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consultation with the stakeholders for the inclusion and organize different types of capacity building training of youth GSM population.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of project align to its vision, mission and strategy.
∎ Coordinate strategic and yearly planning processes and implementation of the project activities.
∎ Support the project in periodic Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) in liaison with other team members of the project.
∎ Ensure necessary cooperation and support between government authorities, donors including relevant stakeholders.
∎ Prepare various progress reports, event report and presentations for the program for management, concerned donors and other stakeholders and ensure timely submission.
∎ Assist concern body to review and evaluate project status and act accordingly to meet the goal.
∎ Ensure that learning generated from each activity is documented and shared
∎ Establish links with relevant GO institutions, NGOs and international organizations for knowledge exchange
∎ Ensure timely and appropriate action in designing, planning and implementing advocacy related work and campaigns.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan take initiative for implement the activities as per the approved work plan of the project.
∎ Arrange meeting with CSOs, Corporate sectors and Govt for creating job access of GSM population.
∎ Coordinate in organizing meetings/rallies or observing any events as per project activities.
∎ Maintain proper records and documentation and contribute to the promotion of advocacy by:
∎ a.Developing advocacy brief/IEC / BCC materials (i.e. Booklet, leaflet, poster, sticker etc)
∎ b.Contribute in managing articles/ writing for Newsletter or Annual report or any kinds of publications and publish as well as disseminate accordingly.
∎ Organize Networking meeting with youth community leaders and influential adults' leaders.
∎ Assist concern body to review and evaluate project status and act accordingly to meet the goal.
∎ Any other assignment as and when required by the management/concern authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Analytical skills on knowledge generation and documentation of best practices
∎ Knowledge and skills on producing reports and writing case studies.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the region, including its human rights, SRHR, SOGI issues and local social-cultural context with good analytical skills.
∎ Familiar with advocacy work having ability to interact professionally with a diverse population.
∎ Excellent skills on presentation, communication and report writing in English and Bangla.
∎ Skills in public speaking both in English and Bangla having computer knowledge.
∎ Good team player among multidisciplinary atmosphere, with experience working with different partners and stakeholders.
∎ Youth-friendly and fully at ease working with both young people and adults.
∎ The person has to be Non-judgmental irrespective of cast, class, religion, gender and cultural diversity.

Salary: Tk. 32850 (Monthly)
