Education:
∎ Ph.D. in English from a well reputed intuition with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one First Class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ At least 12 years of teaching experience at university level, out of which 05 years as an Associate Professor in reputed institution.
∎ Must have 15 publications to his/her credit, out of which 07 publications as an Associate Professor.

∎ Teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses as per the approved syllabus and mentoring students in academics, research, and professional growth.
∎ Conducting high-quality research and publishing in reputable national and international journals.
∎ Providing effective leadership within the department, contributing to faculty development, and supporting strategic academic planning.
∎ Engaging in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OBE-aligned curricula to meet global standards.
∎ Actively participating in IQAC activities, including self-assessment, program reviews, and quality enhancement efforts.
∎ Leading initiatives related to national and international accreditation and contributing to improving institutional rankings.
∎ Developing partnerships with industry to facilitate internships, projects, expert sessions, and job placements for students.
∎ Representing the department and university in academic, administrative, and collaborative forums both locally and internationally.
∎ Contributing to interdisciplinary projects, innovation, and knowledge-sharing activities across academic units.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the university authority.
