Experience:

• PhD in Law

• A PhD or equivalent degree in law with an LLB (Honours) degree from a reputed university.

Publications:

• For Professor: At least 15 high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals. Of these, 7 articles must have been published during the applicant’s tenure as an Associate Professor, with the applicant serving as the first author for at least 5 of those 7 articles.

• For Associate Professor: At least 7 high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals. Of these, 5 articles must have been published during the applicant’s tenure as an Assistant Professor, with the applicant serving as the first author for at least 3 of those 5 articles.

• 12 to 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), University, Group of Companies

• Demonstrated excellence in teaching, including the ability to engage students in a variety of learning environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong IT skills.

• A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

• Willingness to work in a rural area and contribute to the intellectual growth of the university community.

• Fluency in Bengali and English.

Experoence:

• For Professor: A minimum of 14 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years as an Associate Professor.

• For Associate Professor: A minimum of 12 years of teaching experience, including at least 4 years as an Assistant Professor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach law courses across a broad range of subjects.

• Develop and deliver new courses aligned with the department’s curriculum.

• Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students.

• Conduct high-quality research in areas of expertise and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.

• Contribute to university service, including committee assignments and program development.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the department or university administration.
