Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop visually engaging content, including digital and print materials such as brochures, advertisements, social media posts, packaging, and more.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create graphics that enhance brand visibility and appeal.
∎ Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure consistency in visual identity.
∎ Assist in the conceptualization and design of product packaging, ensuring it meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
∎ Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
∎ Prepare and present design concepts and drafts to the management team, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
∎ Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of design projects.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Visual Specialist for Mymensingh Area. This role is essential for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees through effective Marketing & Strategy management.
