Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as part of the CMC team, developing weekly plans and delivering the necessary ad-hoc training to the craftsmen who will produce the items.
∎ Engage actively in workshops with Rohingya individuals and key community members to define how their identity and cultural stories should be portrayed.
∎ Identify and engage key creative individuals and nurture their talent through creative processes and production of outcomes.
∎ Document the processes and outputs resulting from workshops and archive the results accordingly in the CMC repository.
∎ Support the curator and CMC core team with any other tasks that might be identified or relevant to the nature of the project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of sketching ideas and drawing designs
∎ Practical knowledge producing furniture and small size domestics objects
∎ Experience in producing architectural models is an asset
∎ Have an interest in traditional designs
∎ Having attention for detail and ability to solve problems in creative ways
∎ Show sensibility while working with refugees
∎ Ability to work under pressure and out-of-working hours
∎ Practical knowledge of photography is an asset
∎ Previous experience in humanitarian and emergency response environments
∎ Experience in managing and mentoring small teams
∎ Experience in delivering workshops
∎ Good understanding of new technologies and digital platforms
∎ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bangladeshi language.
∎ Chittagonian is an asset.

Salary: Tk. 127000 (Monthly)
