• Age 25 to 32 years

• Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals products and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility.

• Ensuring doctor visit of specific territory and providing product information to generate prescriptions.

• Communicating patient for counseling and assisting them regarding medicine purchase, dosing schedule & administration and side effect management.

• Visiting medicine shops to collect order of company’s products.

• Monitoring daily prescriptions and sales status and update the higher officials about daily work status.

• Achieving products’ as well as portfolio’s monthly sales target by generating prescriptions.

• Arranging and conducting CME program/ scientific seminars in collaboration with doctors.

• Assisting doctors for their academic and professional need fulfillment.

• Conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand trends, customer needs and competitors’ strategies.

• Collaborating with cross-functional departments (marketing, sales, distribution and medical service) to ensure support for doctor, patient and medicine shops.
