Job Context:
∎ Entry-level Role
∎ Based in Corporate Office, Dhaka
∎ Reports to Manager, Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Floating RFQ to the vendors as per the requirements from Users for B & C class items;
∎ Follow up with vendors for on time submission of offers;
∎ Preparing Comparison of Bids and negotiation with vendors;
∎ PO/SO creation in SAP/SRM;
∎ Follow up with the vendors for the materials as per delivery due date and ensure smooth delivery;
∎ Payment follow up with Finance as and when require;
∎ Ensure Uploading of Contracts in SAP/SRM;
∎ Coordination with concerned department;
∎ Acts in accordance with code Conduct and Ethical Purchasing Policy;
∎ Ensure that Supplier used are approved by supply Management;
∎ Rationalize number of suppliers;
∎ Maintaining material delivery status report for all Items ordered;
∎ Ensure that historical data is collated in a timely manner by using the systems available;
∎ Ensure Compliance with Linde safety standards and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
∎ Good system skills - SAP/Purchasing functions
∎ Good command in Bangla and English
∎ Able to communicate to suppliers/vendors
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
