Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Arts (MA) in English
∎ B.Ed./M.Ed. will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Classroom teaching, Early Childhood Development (ECD)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be familiar with the curriculum of the Primary Years Program of the IB
∎ Work closely with parents to ensure the child's growth and learning
∎ Tutor and help child with schoolwork and assign activities to the child based on the IB Elementary School Curriculum
∎ Prepare and share a weekly timetable with the parents which details the child's planned activities in the upcoming week(s). Ensure that the child follows a daily routine as much as possible.
∎ Regular updates of activities and tasks completed and general comments on child's development
∎ Must bring a positive and calm demeanour to work.
∎ Approach the child with kindness and patience, but firm when the situation demands it.
∎ Have a flexible approach and a willingness to accommodate changes of schedule within reason.
