∎ Minimum Master Degree in English with B.Ed and M.Ed
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To serve as the Head of administration of a school in developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in such manner that promotes the quality education and development of the organization;
∎ Set the general goals of the school and plans to ensure, develop and implement schedules of arranged goal;
∎ Introduce schooling program that would be well-matched with the legal, financial and organizational structure of the school education system;
∎ The principal would define the responsibilities of staff members and would develop plans for interpreting the school program to the community;
∎ The principal would plan activities which facilitate the cognitive growth of the school Student;
∎ The principal would identify objectives for a given subject to develop the academy and involve the faculty and others in the development of specific curricular. The objectives should meet the needs of the school program;
∎ Evaluate Students progress and keep the student data updated;
∎ The principal would orient and assists new students and provide opportunities for the potential students;
∎ The principal would organize, oversee, and provide support to the various services, supplies, education material, and equipment;
∎ Communicate with guardian to inform student update;
