Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring all academic policies and curriculum are followed
∎ Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
∎ Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential
∎ Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
∎ Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis for problem resolution
∎ Enforcing discipline when necessary
∎ Providing an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential
∎ Monitor and guide in training the teachers and admin staff as per requirement
∎ Solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required
∎ Organize annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events etc.) and take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the school
∎ Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the CAIE syllabus make strategic plans for admissions
∎ Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers performance, Observation Class performance according to the standard
∎ Monitoring Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Teaching materials according to the CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) standard
∎ All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
∎ Ensuring overall safety and security of the students and staffs
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 12 years working experience in any reputed educational institute including 02 (Two) years working experience as Vice Principal/ 01 (One) year working experience as Principal in English Medium schools
