Educational Requirements:
∎ Kamil or equivalent from any reputed madrasah under Madrasah Education Board or Islamic University. Or
∎ Post graduate with honors from the subject of Arabic or Fiqh under the faculty of Theology from Islamic University.
∎ Having B.Ed. will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing overall activities of this institution.
∎ Manage logistics and budgets.
∎ Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curriculum.
∎ Monitor and report on teacher performance.
∎ Review and implement organizational policies.
∎ Provide guidance and counselling to teachers.
∎ Handle emergencies and crises, assign time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years practical experience in Dhakil level teaching from any reputed Madrasah.
∎ Maximum 50 years (age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidates)

Salary: Negotiable
