Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS, FCPS/MS/MD/MPH. Ph.D will be preferable.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The principal will serve as the administrative head of the College.
∎ He/she shall be directly performing duties of the Medical College and Nursing Training Center; He/she will work for proper and effective management and activation of the College and Nurse Training Center.
∎ He/she shall be responsible for ensuring activities, welfare and Discipline of non-medical employees of the College.
∎ He/she will write annual confidential reports of all officers - employees, including professors, associate professors, assistant professors, he/she will write confidential reports of other officers who are acting as department heads.
∎ The Principal shall sign the Annual Secret Report of the Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor, and Officers working in the various departments of the College; the secret report is prepared by the Professors and Heads of the Department with their own views.
∎ He/she will maintain liaison with BCPS on behalf of International Medical college authority.
∎ He/she will maintain direct liaison with BMDC, University Grand Commission (UGC) and Chancellor Office of University of Dhaka and will follow the rules and regulations of those organization.
∎ He/she will distribute of routine work and allow casual and earned leave for subordinate officers working employees in accordance with the prevailing laws.
∎ He/she will visit all departments and sections of the College regularly.
∎ As a head of the institution, He/she will be responsible for accepting and disbursement of all funds by the college.
∎ He/she will be responsible for the welfare and discipline of the college students.
∎ He/she will be responsible for maintaining the college's desired standard education. He/she will endeavor to implement the syllabus and course curriculum provided by the appropriate authorities.
∎ He/she will be responsible for student admission, leave and take necessary disciplinary action for migration
∎ He/she will be responsible for monitoring the quantity of goods stored in the college store and checking the applicability of the machinery and products.
∎ You will present the canceled list of various items and demand sheet & purchase agreement of college to the Board appointed by the Authority.
∎ He/she will be supervised and maintenance of the goods / belongings of the College.
∎ He/she will be responsible to formulation the annual budget of the college and transfer it to the authorities.
∎ He/she will be supervised all register of instruments, furniture, appliances, purchase of books, list damage items and list of lost items. He/she also supervise the process of including new goods in the stock register.
∎ He/she will send his students to the Hospital to enhance their knowledge on diseases and clinical education.
∎ He/she will not allow a person to work in his establishment without the proper authorization.
∎ He/she (in accordance with the prevailing statute of the Government) may appoint any non-gazetted employee, to be dismissed, punished for disciplinary violations in accordance with the law.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 20 years of experience of teaching and administrative work in reputed Medical College
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Office Hours: 08:00 am-02:00 pm
∎ Job Nature: 10% needs field visit and 90% desk job
