∎ MSc. / BSc. in EEE from any reputed engineering institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Education Administration/ Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and guide the Teachers
∎ Conduct the load distribution as per the Institution policies
∎ Guide and train the new Teachers to get used to the system of the Institution
∎ Supervise the teachers in preparing Syllabus
∎ Class distribution and Routine preparation
∎ Supervise the section in-charge to set up the Examination Routine and Teachers’ Invigilation list
∎ Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval
∎ Make sure that Teachers take classes properly, regularly, and timely
∎ Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register etc.)
∎ Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ Organize and monitor different Annual Programs (Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution
∎ Take initiatives against any sort of disciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students
∎ Supervise the Teacher – Parents meeting and Result Day
∎ Organize department wise meeting
∎ Take disciplinary action against students when needed, in consultation with section in-charge
∎ Counsel Parents/Guardians regarding their children’s problems
∎ Visit Class rooms frequently and be aware of the problems of both the Teachers and the students
∎ Monitor the completion of work syllabuses on a monthly basis
∎ Assisting in placement of the students.
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of each Teacher of his/her classes in daily work such as discipline during class hours, communication in English, absence in college, monthly work such as Syllabus completion, Lesson plan preparation, Class Tests etc.
∎ Ensure that the Teachers take classes regularly, punctually and effectively
∎ As Principal create liaison with foreign university/college/technical educational institutes
∎ Successfully build a bridge of communication with foreign government education board &
∎ Any other duty assigned from time to time by the Management
∎ Teaching, Learning and General
∎ Conduct classes as lectures and tutorials.
∎ Conduct practical and workshop courses
∎ Question preparation, evaluate answer scripts and publish result
∎ Guide LAB demonstrator and LAB manual preparation
∎ Develop and apply innovative teaching approaches and materials to enable learning and enthuse students.
∎ Apply digital methodologies for class conduction
∎ Conduct classes for short courses or lifelong skills and ensure proper assessment with certificate award
∎ Proactive participation in different programs
∎ Assist to Director Operations/ Manager Operations for any activities
∎ Any other duties/work assigned from time to time
∎ Student Counseling and Financial Matters:
∎ One to one counseling if required.
∎ Keep relation with parents or guardians and update them time to time about students activities:
∎ Motivate students for regular payment
∎ Ensure that students are following institutional code of conduct strictly
∎ Supervise co-curricular and extra-curricular activities
∎ Industry Visit, Attachment and Job Placement
∎ Ensure industrial attachment for students
∎ Supervise industrial report
∎ Work on industrial problems and projects
∎ Assist students to get jobs through CPP cell
∎ Admission:
∎ Keep good relations with school teachers and motivate them for students supply
∎ Phone counseling to prospective students and generate report
∎ Physical counseling to prospective students or visitors and generate report
∎ Take admission if required
∎ Proactive participation in admission activities
∎ Assist institution by providing students from own source.

∎ Age at most 47 years
