∎ M.Ed. / Master's Degree in Education or any other discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage school logistics and budgets
∎ Develop & execute academic & co-curriculum activities
∎ Set learning goals
∎ Recruit & Evaluate teachers
∎ Research & innovate new teaching techniques/method
∎ Review and implement school policies
∎ Handle emergencies and school crises
∎ Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trend.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of school administrative processes and educational regulations
∎ Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems
∎ Great presentation and communication skills
∎ Crisis management
∎ Ability to coach and inspire
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 years working experience as a teacher & at least 03 years experience as a principal of English Medium School.
∎ Experience in Armed forces in Bangladesh will be given prioritized. English medium school knowledge is preferred.
