• Supervise teachers, lesson plans, and classroom activities.

• Maintain discipline, student welfare, and moral values within the school.

• Conduct staff meetings, teacher evaluations, and performance monitoring.

• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the school management.

• Plan and organize academic calendars, exams, and co-curricular activities.

• Ensure compliance with educational board policies and safety regulations.

• Manage school resources and maintain a positive learning environment.
