• Master of Education (M.Ed) in education leadership

Professional Qualifications B.Ed. / M.Ed. or equivalent professional teaching qualification PhD holders are preferable Additional certifications will be considered an advantage in: Educational Leadership School Administration Curriculum Development

• Age 40 to 50 years

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

• Ability to maintain discipline and a positive school culture

• Sound knowledge of modern teaching methodologies

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• High integrity, professionalism, and a child-friendly attitude

• Familiarity with school management systems and online learning platforms

• Experience in teacher training and performance evaluation

• Experience in school accreditation processes

  Experience in policy formulation and implementation

• Managing teachers and administrative staff

• Curriculum planning (Cambridge / Edexcel / IB / Local English Medium curriculum)

• Student discipline and effective parent communication

• Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory)

• Strong communication skills with students, parents, teachers, and governing body
