Responsibilities & Context:

The Principal will be responsible for the overall academic, and strategic leadership of the school. His key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Prepare and deliver engaging lessons following the Cambridge curriculum while integrating Islamic perspectives;

Ensure effective implementation of the Cambridge Curriculum aligned with Islamic values;

Oversee the academic and moral development of students, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and value-driven classroom atmosphere;

Lead strategic planning, financial oversight, budgeting, and manage daily academic operations of the school;

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and academic staff;

Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student discipline;

Oversee lesson planning, assessments, teacher observations, and academic reporting;

Develop and implement school policies, SOPs, and academic calendars;

Ensure a safe, child-friendly, and Islamic learning environment;

Ability to lead multicultural and diverse teams and build strong communication with parents, management and governing body;

Demonstrate ethical and values-based decision-making and work closely with Management for school development, quality assurance, and compliance;

Support student admissions, retention, and school growth strategies.
