Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, Masters/ Master of Education (M.Ed) / MBA / Foreign degree.
∎ Specialized professional and/or formal education in school administration, instructional leadership, or educational leadership is highly preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Curriculum/ Program Development, Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Teaching/ Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, College

Job Context:
∎ A Leading group of Company involved in diversified business established an English Version School & College in Dhaka city is looking for Principal for the above purpose.
∎

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching.
∎ Monitor and report on teacher's performance.
∎ Oversee day-to-day school operations.
∎ Interview and hire school personnel.
∎ Present data from school performance to board members.
∎ Dealing with students and parents.
∎ Handle emergencies and school crises.
∎ Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends.
∎ Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)
∎ Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national Version curriculum.
∎ Review and implement school policies,
∎ Provide guidance and counseling to teachers.
∎ Organize school events and assemblies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a leadership/ managerial capacity.
∎ Familiar with educational requirements in South Asia, (specifically in Bangladesh).
∎ Should have Teaching and administrative experience as a Principal/Vice-Principal with reputed school/ College.
∎ Evidence of leadership abilities (successful projects, program accomplishments, etc.).
∎ At least 10 years' experience in similar position in Bangla / English-medium National / International curriculum.
∎ Ex-Cadet Principal / Vice Principal will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
