Facebook Live Presenter, Instagram, Linkedin marketing, Live Chat, Media News, Offline Presentation, Online Presentation, Social Media, Vedio Call, YouTube
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Advertising Ageny, Group of Companies, Developer, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Context:
∎ Applicants are invited for the position of Presenter (Online & Offline) for the Marketing & Branding Department.
∎ Minimum 01 year of work experience in Real Estate Industry or Group of Companies.
∎ Candidate must be a non-smoker.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be able to present various types of online video content.
∎ Have proper pronunciation while presenting videos
∎ Provide fluent, pleasant, and appropriate voice-overs for videos.
∎ Acquire knowledge on relevant topics constantly, to be able to present the videos in a professional manner.
∎ Be able to interview prominent figures.
∎ Be able to perform video presentations at various locations (on project sites, studio, office, outdoor, etc.)
∎ Be comfortable conducting various types of video presentations like live video presentations, studio recordings, interviews, infomercials etc.
∎ Be able to interview clients, landowners and other stakeholders of Real Estate industry when required
∎ Be able to conduct on-site video presentation (walk-through, site demonstration, on-site interviews etc.)
∎ Be comfortable conducting video presentations/ interviews at the client's preferred time outside office hours
∎ Display proper mannerisms during different types of videos (e.g. for interviews display active listening)
∎ Present the videos in a way that is aligned with our brand guidelines, business strategy, and company culture.
∎ Be able to present in a way that is engaging to our target audience
∎ Be able to professionally market the channel/ online platforms
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Candidate must be a non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Conveyance Bill.
