Job Context:
∎ Job Level: Manager Reports to: Planning & Controlling Manager
∎ Work Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off
∎ Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka
∎ Job Type: Permanent Position
∎ ROLE PURPOSE:
∎ The purpose of this role is to support in managing financial planning, reporting and analyzing products
∎ and business unit financial information thus ensuring proper decision making by the business heads.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists in financial planning and analysis
∎ Undertakes various activities prior to budget preparation meeting and consolidates all financial data for budget presentation as per group requirements
∎ Ensures completeness of the costing activities
∎ Confirms draft Trading, P&L, Cash Flow Statement & balance Sheet and calculate profitability & other ratios
∎ Undertakes activities related to monthly and quarterly Group & local reports highlighting performance trends, variance and risk mitigation
∎ Work with Business Unit and management teams on business improvement projects, pricing, costing & profitability studies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of functional level working experience in related areas.
∎ IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Highly organized and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities
∎ Strong communications skill - effective presentations at all levels & negotiation
