For Swimming Instructor:

• Must hold a recognized Swimming Instructor Certification.

• Professional swimming instruction experience.

• Strong knowledge of competitive swimming techniques.

• Ability to work full-time and commit long-term.

• Physically fit and capable of active pool supervision.Strong communication and student management skills.

• High level of professionalism and discipline.

• Experience in pool maintenance will be considered an added advantage.

For Physical Education Instructor:

• Professional certification in Physical Education or sports training.

• Experience in working at a school for Physical Education.

• Physically fit, energetic, and capable of full time work.

• Strong classroom and activity management skills.

• Knowledge of basic first aid and injury prevention.

Candidates who can manage both will be given priority.

A newly established Islamic English Medium School is inviting applications for a full time Swimming Instructor & Physical Education Teacher.

For Preschool, Early-Years, Pre-Primary, Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten, Class 1, 2, 3 children.

Children age range: 3.5 - 10 years old.

Key Responsibilities for Swimming

The Swimming Instructor will be responsible for:

• Conducting structured and skill-based swimming lessons for students of different age groups (Beginner to Advanced).

• Teaching proper swimming techniques (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly).

• Training students in diving techniques and safe water entry.

• Providing water safety education and basic lifesaving skills.

• Preparing students for swimming competitions (if required).

• Monitoring students closely to ensure safety at all times.

• Performing CPR and first aid in case of emergencies.

• Maintaining discipline and ensuring pool rules are strictly followed.

• Assessing student progress and providing feedback to parents/school management.

• Planning and organizing swimming programs and practice schedules.

• Assisting in organizing inter-school swimming events or competitions.

• Ensuring proper hygiene standards of the pool area.

• Maintaining the swimming pool, including basic cleaning supervision, checking water quality, and coordinating maintenance when necessary.

• Ensuring all swimming equipment (kickboards, lane ropes, floats, etc.) are properly maintained and stored.

• Working full-time as per school schedule, including extended hours if required for events or competitions.

Key Responsibilities for Physical Education

The Physical Education Instructor will be responsible for:

1. Conduct structured physical education classes for different age groups.

2. Lead warm-up, stretching, and cool-down sessions.

3. Organize strength-building and playful fitness exercises.

4. Train students in sports such as football, cricket, basketball, running, and jogging.

5. Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

6. Ensure student safety during all physical activities.

7. Prepare students for inter-school sports events and competitions.

8. Maintain sports equipment and assist in ground supervision.

9. Working full-time as per school schedule, including extended hours if required for events or competitions.
